Major ingredient of Lemonade diet The most elementary form of lemonade is merely a cup of clean water with just-squeezed juice of one lemon. There have been articles in a few differing types of mags concerning the pluses and the negatives of the lemonade diet. This diet in its original form states that one must only make the lemonade drink with organic ingredients. The water will be mixed with sea salt to be used as a morning flush and the tea will be the nightly purgative. Many people accept that although this was not designed to be a Weight Loss diet it is being treated as one.

There are reports where people have ended up in the trauma room for diverse illnesses related to the lemonade diet. There are people who will ignore evidence of illness to reach certain weightloss goals. While on this diet, you mustn't eat anything more for 7-10 days. You can drink 1 or 2 cups of green tea for quicker effects.
