A lot of folks who are endeavoring to shed weight fail in meeting their goals because they aren't able to stay worked up about the losing pounds process. When they begin to get results, they feel a bit better. One of the best things that I do every day is to get up a little earlier to get for an early morning walk / run. Try and drink as much water and fresh juice as practicable. If you can have water with you so that you can drink it all day. Keep a note of your weight and only weight yourself once each week. You'll see the scale dip down rather than up. This can keep you going in the correct direction. You could have a clear image of what you're going to gain thru a fast weight reduction diet.
